**Welcome to your August 20th Fireworks Cruise!**

We are looking forward to hosting you for an unforgettable evening on the Danube. Please review the following information carefully to ensure a smooth holiday experience:

* **Location:** Please head to the **Akadémia 3 Dock** on the Pest side of the Danube (near the Parliament and "Shoes on the Danube" memorial). Look for the **Roude Léiw** boat.
* **Arrival:** Due to extreme national holiday traffic and severe road closures, taxis cannot access the dock area. Please plan your journey significantly earlier and use public transport (we recommend the BudapestGO app). **Arrive at the dock at least 30 minutes before your departure**.
* **Check-in:** The boat will depart exactly on time and cannot wait for late arrivals, as it must secure its anchored position before river closures.
* **Digital Tickets:** Mobile network coverage can be spotty at the riverside due to large crowds. Please **print your ticket** or **take a screenshot of your QR code** before arriving at the dock.
* **Rules:** The onboard bar is cashless (Visa/Mastercard accepted; no AMEX). Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Shirts and footwear must be worn at all times.

Cancellation Policy

**Standard Cancellation Policy:** Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the cruise start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

**Special Holiday Event Policy:** Please note that as this is a special one-off holiday event, rebookings or transferring tickets to another date or time are strictly not available under any circumstances.
