24-Hour Notice: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your tour.
Refunds: Full refund or credit (minus booking and payment processing fees).
Rescheduling: Move to a new date for free with 24 hours' notice, subject to boat availability.
🎓 American Sailing Certification Courses
2-Week Notice: Cancel or reschedule at least 2 weeks before your course starts.
Refunds: Full refund or credit (minus booking fees, processing fees, and shipped materials).
Rescheduling: Transfer to a future course session at no extra cost if requested 2 weeks in advance.
🌧️ Weather & Operator Cancellations
Safety First: If we cancel due to weather or unforeseen issues, you get a full refund or credit.
Easy Rescheduling: We will prioritize moving you to the next available date that fits your schedule.
Fees: Refunds exclude booking and payment processing fees.
🚫 No-Shows
Full Charge: Missing your scheduled time without notice means you will be charged the full price.
