Please read the information below to prepare for your adventure with us:
Signing waivers and gearing up is included in trip timing. Please arrive 10 minutes prior.
Location: 1286 Hwy 6, Crescent Valley, BC
Meet here and you will be shuttled back to this location after the trip.
What to Bring:
During the trip: You will only need to bring proper attire, and be ready to get wet.
Appropriate Clothing:
-Avoid wearing anything cotton.
-Start with swimsuit and quick-drying clothing as a base.
-Fleece or wool are good if you tend to get cold easily.
-We offer free wetsuits and wetsuit jackets for early season rafting. If the water temperature is below 15 degrees celsius wetsuits are mandatory
Appropriate thermal protection will be assessed the day of the trip depending on weather conditions and water levels. Spring is usually cold and Summer is usually hot. If the water temperature is below 15 degrees celsius wetsuits are mandatory and will be provided for you. Otherwise, wetsuit and other thermal protection will be offered upon request. If you are a cold natured person, let us know.
Bring a dry change of clothes and a towel for after the trip. There will be changing rooms available.
Appropriate Footwear:
-Wear shoes that will stay on your feet while swimming.
-Old tennis shoes or runners work great.
-Watershoes and sandals with heel straps are good too.
-If you do not have any water-footwear neoprene booties are available.
Make sure you apply sunscreen before your tour.
Bring a water bottle to hydrate before and after the trip.
There is an on-site Distillery with Pizza open Wednesday to Saturday as well as food trucks near the junction. Otherwise you are welcome to bring snacks and beverages to enjoy at the local park across from Endless Adventure.
Here are some additional things to consider/expect:
-Consider parking across the street at Crescent Valley Beach Regional Park during peak tourism seasons or if you are with a big group. Our parking spaces are limited.
-There is NO PUBLIC WASHROOM on-site. Please use the washrooms across the street at the park (down the steps from the parking lot).
-Leave all your belongings in your car and leave your keys with us to be stored in our office during the trip.
-Have your group wait at the yellow picnic tables and send a group member to check in at the window.
-All participants must sign a waiver. Minors must have a legal guardian sign on their behalf.
-We offer Branded T-shirts, tank tops, and hats to purchase on site.
-Our beach shack offers eyeglass retainers, sun hats, and water sports accessories for maximum enjoyment of your trip.
-We advise our participants to leave their phone or valuables in your car.

REFUND POLICY
Tours: 72hr in advance full refund
Less than 48 hours or no show, no refund
Courses & Including Youth: $150 non refundable deposit. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of course start there are no refunds.
Rental: 24hrs in advance full refund
Minimum charge of $15 for less than 24hrs or no show on rentals.
