Health & Safety Guidelines for Your Snorkeling Adventure
🩺 Health Requirements
*Participants should be in good physical health and able to swim.
*If you have medical conditions such as asthma, heart problems, or are pregnant, consult your doctor before booking.
*Feeling unwell? Please reschedule for another day to ensure your safety.
🏊 Swimming Skills
*All participants must be comfortable swimming in open water.
*Life jackets or flotation devices will be provided and required for use by all regardless of swimming ability.
💧 Before the Tour
*Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 12 hours before snorkeling.
*Stay hydrated and eat a light meal before the tour.
🌞 Protect Yourself
*Wear reef-safe sunscreen to protect your skin and marine life.
⚠️ In the Water
*Always listen to your guide’s instructions and stay within the designated snorkeling area.
*Do not touch or stand on coral, and avoid disturbing marine life.
*Stay aware of your surroundings, including currents and other swimmers.
*Use a buddy system—never snorkel alone.

# ARRIVAL POLICY:
Check-in is the time stated on your reservation on the day of the Tour at Rincon Diving & Snorkeling, Rd 115, Km 12.0, Rincon Puerto Rico.
Anticipate slower traffic and longer driving times. If you need directions, please call us and let us know where you are coming from and we are happy to help you, Please let us know as soon as possible if you are delayed in anyway.
After Check-in, equipment fitting and briefing, participants will carpool or caravan to the entry. Depending on the size of your group, the guide may or may not be able to accommodate transportation from Dive Center to entry. All activities start and end on the beach--NO BOAT IS REQUIRED for a great experience.
# CANCELLATION POLICY:
Because our groups are always small to exclusive, it is important to let us know of any changes in your reservation.
**Why do we have this policy?**
This policy reimburses Guides/Instructors for blocking off their schedule for you. When you book, they do not accept other work during that time. If we had no cancellation fee, they would lose the income during that period.
All cancellations should be done **48 hours prior** to the day of Tour to be exempted from the cancellation charges of 50% of the total tour cost.
There are no penalties or fees for canceling your Tour outside of the 48 hour window.
**CANCELLATION FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKING**: Bookings made less than 24 hours of the tour date are considered FINAL and will incur cancellation charges of 50% of the total tour cost.
All **NO-SHOWS** will be charged the full tour price for the group.
Cancellations made after 5:00 p.m the day prior to the tour will be be considered a NO-Show and incur the full tour price. This includes "reduction in group size" cancellations.
Cancellations need to be made directly by calling the dive center at 787-506-3483 .
Cancellations made via email or by voicemail may not be honored.
*WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS*: We reserve the right to cancel or reroute tours up until the last minute due to weather, safety, or other uncontrollable circumstances. In this case we will try to reschedule, agree on another more accessible destination, or if necessary give a full refund.
# GUARANTEE POLICY:
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or advance payment. All major cards are accepted.
