Cruise across the bay to visit the magnificent and historical Portarlington Grand Hotel. Standing tall in the main street since 1881, the hotel is currently undergoing a magnificent renovation, with Phase 1 now open for business. Only a short walk away from where the ferry docks, look up the hill towards the hotel turret which will lead you to our oasis.

Subject to availability at time of booking, the **Grand Shuttle Bus** option is only available for 11.30am seating and for a maximum capacity of 8 travellers. No child/infant seat options are available.

##A Grand Day Out##
Thank you for choosing to come with us on an adventure to Portarlington. The **Grand Day Out** is in partnership with Portarlington Grand Hotel which is located at 76 Newcombe St, Portarlington which is approximately a 400m uphill walk from where the ferry docks.
After lunch, feel free to stroll through the quaint township of Portarlington or relax with a cocktail in the Portarlington Grand Hotel Atrium bar.
##Ferry departure times
Please note boarding commences 20 min's and closes 3 min's prior to departure times
- Docklands to Portarlington 9.30am weekdays / 10:40am weekends
- Portarlington to Docklands 4.00pm weekdays / 5:00pm weekends
##Package inclusions
- Your return ferry journey from Docklands to Portarlington and back
- Lunch in either the leafy Atrium area or the cosy Dining Room
- Either a glass of house wine, a pot of tap beer or a refreshing soft drink
**Your seating selection time is identified on your booking confirmation.**
##A few things to be aware of before the day:
- The Portarlington Grand Hotel is located at 76 Newcombe St, Portarlington. This is approximately a 400m uphill walk from where the ferry docks
- There is no shuttle bus transfer provided as part of the Grand Day Out Package
- The Grand Hotel only opens at 11:30 am, allowing you some time to have a look around town before your lunch booking
- There is only one Grand Day Out menu, and this caters for both the Atrium and Restaurant seating areas - Both come with a drink

Cancellation Policy
#General Cancellations and Changes
All ferry tickets and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No cancellations or changes are permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
In exceptional circumstances within this 24-hour period, Port Phillip Ferries may consider moving a booking to an alternative date or issuing a travel credit. These requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed.
To request a change, customers must contact our Customer Support team by calling (03) 9514 8959 or sending an email to: info@portphillipferries.com.au
This policy helps us manage vessel capacity fairly while continuing to support customers where genuine circumstances arise.
#PortPlus Ticket Cancellation Policy
PortPlus bookings can be canceled right up until the time of departure. However these requests must be submitted prior to the scheduled departure time of the service. **Cancellation requests after the scheduled departure time are not permitted.**
To cancel a booking, please email info@portphillipferries.com.au with your booking number before the service departs. Once cancelled, the PortPlus redemption will be returned to your membership.
