⏱️ **Don’t Be Late**
**Check-in:** Please arrive **30 minutes before** your rental start time. Rental periods will **not** be extended for late arrivals.
**Late Returns:** Boats returned more than **15 minutes late** will be charged **$50.00 for every 15 minutes late**.
**No-Shows:** No-shows will be charged the **full rental amount**.

🚤 **Boat Licence Required**
This boat requires a valid **Pleasure Craft Operator Card**. Failure to present a valid licence at the time of rental will result in the rental being denied, and the **full rental fee will charged with no refund**.

💳 **Security Deposit Authorization**
A temporary security hold is required on the day of rental on a valid credit card. **American Express is not accepted.**
**Security Hold:** $1,000.00 for all motorized units.
This hold is used to secure potential costs, including vessel damage, cleaning fees, late return fees, and refuelling charges. By proceeding with your rental, you authorize Falcon Lake Marina to place this hold and charge your card for any incurred costs.

🌦️ **Weather & Cancellations**
**72-Hour Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations made at least **72 hours in advance** are eligible for a refund, less a **$20.00 cancellation fee**.
Cancellations made with less than **72 hours’ notice** will result in the forfeiture of the **$150.00 down payment** charged at the time of booking.
**Weather:** Rentals may still operate in cloudy weather. If thunder or lightning occurs, boats must return to the Marina immediately. If Falcon Lake Marina staff cancel the rental due to safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

🚫 **Cleaning & Damage Notice**
To keep our fleet clean and damage-free, the following are strictly prohibited:
* No barbeques
* No sunflower seeds
Any cleaning fees, damage, or additional costs, including amounts exceeding the security deposit, will be charged to the card on file.

⚓️ **Rental Rules**
**No switching passengers.** The occupants who leave on the rental boat must remain the same for the entire rental period.
Alcohol and drug consumption are strictly prohibited on all watercraft.
Beaching of boats and use of public docks are not permitted. All occupants must board and return the rental at Falcon Lake Marina.

🛟 **Captain’s Responsibility**
The renter/operator is responsible for the vessel and the safety of all passengers. You personally guarantee payment for any damages and accept full responsibility for any additional drivers permitted during your rental.
