##📍 LOCATION & ARRIVAL
-Rideshare: Use 1559 S Lake Shore Dr for drop-off and pickup
-Parking: Paid guest parking available in the south lot at 1559 S Lake Shore Dr
-Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure (45 minutes if parking)

##🚶‍♂️ DIRECTIONS
At 1559 S Lake Shore Dr
→ Walk north of the cul-de-sac past the BBQ restaurant and bar
→ Continue to the first gate on the right labeled "J Dock"

At the gate:
→ Call or text your day-of crew contact
→ Our team will meet you and escort your group to the boat

##⚠️ GUEST CONDUCT
Please be respectful while arriving and boarding. Loitering, excessive noise, disruptive behavior, and littering are not permitted.

##🛥️ BOARDING POLICY
-Boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure; no refunds or reschedules for late arrivals
-Amplified music is not permitted in the marina; music may begin after departure

##⚠️ SHIP RULES & SAFETY INFORMATION
-A safety briefing will be given prior to departure - all instructions must be followed
-No swimming or jumping overboard permitted.
-Do not flush toilet paper, foreign objects, or hygiene products
-Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional fees

-No outside food, beverage, or vendors without prior written approval
-Bar service ends 15 minutes before docking

##💵 SERVICE CHARGE & GRATUITY
-A 21% service charge is applied to your subtotal to support our onboard crew and administrative team. Additional gratuity is at your discretion.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@knotmyboatcharters.com and include your name and charter date.

Refund Schedule:
-30+ days: 25% non-refundable
-15-29 days: 50% non-refundable
-14 days or fewer: 100% non-refundable

## Weather Policy
Company shall determine whether weather conditions are safe. If conditions are deemed unsafe for cruising, the Event may proceed dockside as the primary alternative. If Company determines that conditions are also unsafe for dockside operations, Company reserves the right to substitute a comparable vessel, if available. If Company is unable to safely conduct the Event dockside or provide a substitute vessel, Company will issue a rescheduling credit for a future booking in the amount of payments received, less any costs for food, beverage, or other services that have been ordered, prepared, or are otherwise non-refundable.
