#Itinerary
Before the Event:
Arrival Time: Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled cruise to allow enough time for check-in.
**Parking: **
Parking is available at Oyster’s Landing Marina, but it’s limited. Arrive early to secure a spot.
**Check-In: **
Upon arrival, head to the Mozarts Lake Austin Festival of Lights check-in. Look for the Austin Rental Boats booth to receive your wristband, which serves as your boarding pass.
20 Minutes Prior to Departure: Boarding will begin. A staff member will guide you to your designated boat. Follow all instructions to ensure a smooth boarding process.
Be sure to check your belongings and get comfortable in your seat.
Departure
On Time Departure: Your boat will depart from the marina at your scheduled time. Be ready to enjoy the sights and sounds as you embark on the Lake Austin Lights experience!

Optional Add-On Experiences
If you pre-ordered any food packages you can pick them up at the food tent/booth next to the Lake Austin Lights checkin tent. They'll have your name and everything ready for you. Be sure to enjoy them during or after the cruise. You can also continue the holiday spirit by exploring more of Mozart’s Coffee nearby.

Walk down to
Check-In Process: Arrive at the Mozarts Festival of Lights marketplace. Head straight in and look for the signs and booth that says Austin Rental Boats. After checking in at the booth, you’ll receive a wristband to board your boat. Once you receive the wristband, you can go walk around the marketplace. Restrooms are onsite but none are on the boats.
#Ticket Information & Booking:
Tickets can be purchased in advance online, with last-minute ticket sales available at the Austin Rental Boats ticket booth near the marina entrance. Walk-ups are welcome, but availability may be limited.
#What to bring
Warm Clothing: It can get chilly on the water, especially at night, so dress in layers. Consider bringing hats, gloves, and scarves to stay warm.
Comfortable Shoes: You’ll be boarding and disembarking the boat, so wear shoes that are comfortable and easy to walk in.
Blanket (Optional): While merino wool blankets are provided on the boat, some guests might prefer to bring their own for extra warmth or comfort.
Camera or Smartphone: Capture the beautiful lights and memories! The Tunnel of Lights and other displays are very photogenic, so you’ll want to snap some pictures.
Cash or Credit Card: For purchases at Mozart’s Holiday Village after your cruise, or for any last-minute add-ons like food and drinks.
Portable Phone Charger: If you plan to take lots of photos or videos, it’s always good to have a backup charger.
Holiday Accessories: Feel free to get festive! Some customers enjoy bringing fun holiday hats, light-up necklaces, or other festive wear to add to the experience.
#Special requirements
Arrival Time: Guests are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled cruise time to check in and receive their boarding wristband.
Boarding Procedure: Boats will board at Mozarts lower deck. Guests should follow instructions from staff for smooth boarding, as boats leave on schedule.
ID or Ticket for Verification: Guests must bring a valid Ticket or ID to verify ticket purchases for boarding. Photo of ID or ticket is fine. We can look you up by name too
Weather Considerations: The event will take place rain or shine. In case of severe weather conditions, guests will be notified in advance if the cruise is rescheduled or canceled. Please dress accordingly for potential weather changes.
Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the boat cruises, except for service animals.
Safety Regulations: All guests must remain seated during the cruise for safety reasons. Life jackets are available upon request.
Age Restrictions: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

- **Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start time** are eligible for a **full refund or reschedule**.
- **Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time** are **non-refundable**.
- **No-shows or late arrivals** will not be refunded.
- **Severe weather cancellations** (high winds, lightning, or unsafe boating conditions) may be **rescheduled or refunded at our discretion**.
