Our guests love the small group size on this tour with less guests per boat. Our tours take place in Kings Bay Animal Refuge, a 588 acre wildlife management area that is our manatees natural habitat. From start to finish the tour lasts about 3 hours. Once on the boat you are already in the refuge and you may see manatees at any time. Don't miss out on this one and a lifetime experience, seats can book up fast due to the small boat sizes. 📸You have the option to add an in water guide at booking to take home photos from your trip.

🤿Be prepared to be with us for up to 3.5 hours. Manatees are wild animals making every experience different. Any attention you may receive during your experience is the choice of the manatee, if you receive extreme attention then please feel special because you are!

Our facility is located behind the Sonic Restaurant and directly next door to the “Cajun Jimmy’s Seafood Seller”. Look on our windows for pictures of manatees and scuba divers, along with a sign on the window that says “SeaDaddys Adventures and Nature Center”.
Please type in our address directly into your GPS. **Do Not** rely on GPS Maps to choose the correct address for you, please make sure it matches the above address. If you have trouble locating our shop, please be sure to give us a call at our number listed above. **Remember, tickets are non-refundable and late arrivals risk missing their tours**
**General Information**
Required check in time is 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. We begin our required prepwork promptly, so please allow yourself extra time to get here in the event of traffic or other delays.
Minors **must** be accompanied by an adult at **all** times. This includes at our facility, on the boat, and in the water. Please make sure that all minors are included in the headcount for your booking. Our boats have a max capacity set by the U.S. Coast Guard that we cannot exceed. Kids, regardless of age, legally take up one seat on the boat. Guests that show up with extra passengers and cannot go on their tours will be required to pay for a rebooking fee in addition to paying for the additional seat.
**Please make sure your booking passenger count is correct and includes ALL minors and Dry riders (Guests not getting in the water)**
All guests are required to complete the mandatory prep work prior to going on our tours and entering the water to swim with the manatees in the wildlife refuge. Our prepwork is important to ensure the safety of our manatees as they are a protected animal. We are proud to hold a special use permit with USFW Service and follow all recommended guidelines. As such, wetsuits are **required** for all guests entering the water.
**What to Bring**
-Towels, sunglasses, hats, sunscreen, bathing suit, flip flops/water shoes/shoes that can be worn down to our boats, dry clothes
-Prepare like you are going to the beach! Please keep in mind that anything you bring on our tours may get wet.
-Towels are only provided by us for a hot rinse in our shower after your tour. **We do not provide towels for the boat itself**.
**Lockers**
Lockers are available for rent at our facility for $2 plus tax. Our lockers are first come, first serve and we do not guarantee they will be available.
**Shuttling to Dock**
All of our manatee snorkel guests will get shuttled down to the dock. It is roughly a 2-3 minute ride.
**Cancellation Policy**
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund of the tour price, excluding FareHarbor or processing fees. Cancellations or changes inside 48 hours, late arrivals, and no-shows are nonrefundable unless the optional Worry-Free Cancellation Plan was purchased when booking. With the plan, the refund deadline is extended to 24 hours before departure. The plan charge and FareHarbor or processing fees are nonrefundable. Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. If SeaDaddy’s cancels because of unsafe weather or a mechanical issue, you may reschedule or receive a refund.
**Weather**
We do not cancel our tours due to rain or cooler weather.
Weather conditions that are deemed unsafe will result in a cancellation of the tour to better ensure your safety. Bookings that are cancelled due to weather will receive a return voucher without expiration.
**Tips & Gratuity**
Please remember to take care of your crew of as they will take great care of you! Tipping your crew is not only customary but also heavily appreciated by your crew as it lets them know your satisfaction with your tour. We do have an ATM for use at our facility, and some crew members may have digital options to receive tips.
**In Water Guides & Photos**
We offer a Guide Package to our guests that can be purchased in advance to your tour. Our Guide package guarantees an in water guide on your tour that can assist your family on the boat and in the water. Our Guide package also comes with complimentary photos from your tour. Reserving an in water guide for your tour is on a first come, first serve basis and the option to add the Guide package upon arriving for your tour may not be available.
**Please note that In-Water Guides are not guaranteed for any tour except our 4 Hour VIP Tour**
**Liability Forms/Release Waivers**
Liability Forms can be filled out by the link found towards the top of this email. Every adult 18 years and older must fill out their own forms, minors 17 years old and younger must be claimed on an adult’s release form. All guests must fill out a form to go on our tours. Guests who refuse to fill out our release form will not be permitted on our boat and will not be eligible for a refund.
**Winter Tours/Cool Days Nov-April**
Please prepare yourself with cool weather clothing such as jackets, sweatpants, or anything warm that can be worn when you are done swimming that you do not mind if it gets wet. You are welcome to bring gloves, winter hats, and a small blanket as well. It is also recommended to bring a plastic bag with you to place wet items in after your tour. All tours except our Group tour can receive a complimentary towel for the showers to rinse off with upon your arrival back to our shop after your tour.
**Manatees & Expectations**
Our manatee tours take place on Kings Bay, a roughly 588 acre area where manatees live in their natural habitat. All of our tours are different as manatees are free roaming areas and therefore we cannot guarantee weather conditions, water clarity, the amount of manatees you see or where they might be. That is the beauty of our tours as every experience we had on Kings Bay is unique. So please keep this in mind when we perform your tour.
