## What To Bring
- Driver will need a Picture ID with birthdate and Boater’s License if needed.
- Hat with a chin strap to prevent it from getting lost at high speeds.
- Sunglasses.
- Swimwear.
- Towel.
- Sunscreen.
- Cooler with food and drinks.
- Speakers.
- Water toys (Frisbee, Floats, Football, Snorkel equipment, etc.).
- There is a small additional fee for bringing your pet along.
## Know Before You Go
- Apply sunscreen before trip starts.
- No restrooms on the boat or on Crab Island
- There are many vendors on Crab Island that sell water toys, food, drinks, etc.
- Strap the hat to your chin before speeding up
- You might be encountered by our marketing team who sometimes attends trips to collect pictures and videos of our customers for advertising purposes; If you do not feel comfortable about being filmed, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
- Must be 18 years old to operate (drive) and rent.
- Operators (drivers) must sign a liability waiver.
- Operators (drivers) will ensure that all passengers on the vessel have signed a liability waiver prior to leaving the dock.
- Operators (drivers) must receive training procedures from Boogies Watersports and follow all safety rules.
- Each operator (driver) must have on their person a valid form of ID and if born on or after January 1, 1988, a current Florida Boater's Safety Card or a Nationally Recognized Boater's Safety Card. **If you need to take the boater's test please do so before arrival to speed up the check in time. - 12 People per boat MAX, including children of all ages, no exceptions, sorry.
- No Grills Please.
- All pontoon boats must be returned by sunset (exact time varies depending on the time of year), unless otherwise specified (e.g., 4th of July Fireworks Boat Rental).
- We prioritize safety: For your safety and that of others, please note that you cannot go out on the water if the driver does not speak English.
- Destin Harbor and Crab Island are No Wake Zones.
## Parking & Check-In Details
### Parking:
Parking is managed by HarborWalk Village and can be limited during peak season and weekends. HarborWalk Village Parking costs $20 per vehicle, and you can pay with cash or credit card to the Village administration as you exit.
### Check-In
Please arrive at least 1 hour early for traffic, parking, and check-in.
Look for the Boogies Watersports sales booth on the Upper or Lower Level to the left of Margaritaville.
**⚠ All guests in your group must sign waivers prior to check-in. Unsigned waivers may delay your departure.**
### Departure Point:
Go down the stairs behind the hut and you will see them straight ahead. Bring your ticket to the dock attendant and they will get you all set up.
###Ending Point:
The rental must end back at the Departure Point.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel 24 hours prior to the Pontoon rental start time for a full refund (On Holiday weekends 48-hour notice). If the trip is canceled by Boogies Watersports you will be issued a full refund.
Once you leave the docks there are no refunds or rain checks so please make sure the weather will be good for the duration of your trip. If a storm comes through while you are out we ask if it is lightning to return back to the docks for your safety. If it is a light rain you can stay out. Once the storm blows through you can take your Pontoon back out but we will not extend your time while you are at the docks.
