## BOAT RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Your Safety Is Our Priority - To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following requirements apply to all motorized boat rentals.
##Age Requirements
Renters must be 21 years of age or older and present a current valid automobile driver’s license.
- Two qualified operators are required per rental vessel, unless its a single person rental: Every rental MUST designate two (2) people from your party to serve as vessel operators.
- Valid Boater Safety Card: Both operators MUST present a valid Boater Safety Card issued by a recognized state or national boating authority.
- On-site Training: Both operators MUST complete a mandatory vessel orientation and safety training with our dock staff before departure.

Complete the Knowledge Assessment Exam and present the Certificate for proof upon check in.
### What to bring on the day of rental
1. A valid photo ID for all operators
2. A valid Boater Safety Card for both operators
3. Signed rental agreement with operators listed
4. Payment method for any applicable deposits
Upon arrival, marina will pre-authorize your credit card at check-in for $500.00 refundable deposit, without tax.
### During your Rental
- At least one qualified operator MUST be at the helm whenever the vessel is underway.
- Both qualified operators MUST remain on board when the vessel is in motion.
- Operators MUST follow all federal, state, and local boating regulations.
### Important
No vessel will be released without meeting these requirements. Failure to comply during your rental may result in immediate termination of your rental agreement without refund.
