*** Please arrive 30 minutes early to allow for parking, check-in, and safety briefing. Refreshments and snacks will be served on board; we accept cash and credit cards. Outside food and beverages will not be permitted unless it is a private charter. Uncharted Waters reserves the right to refuse service or boarding of the vessel to anyone who cannot cooperate or appears to be severely impaired without a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before 72 hours of trip time will receive 100% refunds, cancellations within 72- 24 hours of trip time will receive 95% refund, any cancellations within 24 hours of trip time or no-shows will not receive a refund. We don't guarantee weather. We will do our best to run the trips even in rain, or we will reschedule for a different day or provide a rain check for a later date. Trips cut short due to no fault of Uncharted Waters will not be refunded or discounted in any way. Trips returning to the dock at the request of clients, will not be refunded or discounted in any way. Individuals or individuals that are part of a party, that are not fit to go on the trip, as determined by the captain, will not be issued a refund or discount.
