Booking Notes
*We can't wait to see you on the day of your outing! Please read this email in its entirety and complete the following 2 steps ***before you arrive*** to save time at check-in.*
### 1) PRE-ARRIVAL WAIVERS:
- You should have received an email and a text with a link to complete your pre-arrival waivers. ***Everyone in your party must review & sign a waiver prior to arrival.***
- Please forward the text / email you received with the waiver link to everyone who will be going out on the boat. Every participant must complete a waiver before arrival.
- ***A Parent or Guardian must complete a waiver for anyone under the age of 18.*** Simply hit "*Check in an unlisted guest*" after you click on the waiver link, enter the minor's name and birthday, and the system will recognize them as a minor.
### 2) FLORIDA BOATER'S TEST:
- **If the person driving the boat was born on or after January 1, 1988, he or she must have either a Florida Boating License or a Florida Temporary Boating Certificate.** Click here to [take the test for your FL Temporary Boating Certificate ](https://takemyboattest.com/course/florida-temporary-boaters-certificate-license/operator/186) for $14.53. You should have also received a text message with a link to complete your boater's safety test. Please complete this *before* the day of your reservation and bring a copy or email confirmation with you to show at check-in!
###ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please see the address at the top of this email or click [HERE](https://g.page/r/Ca2mqWH8EiH7EAE) for directions.
- The Double Fun location you booked with operates out of ***"Island Watersports,"*** on Okaloosa Island, about 5 minutes past the Destin Bridge. The marina is behind the large white building with blue trim and yellow banners.
- Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of your outing to finish registration and complete boat orientation. Parking is free!

Cancellation Policy
***Cancellation Policy:*** Customers may cancel **for any reason** up to 24 hours before the start of your outing and will receive a **full refund** of your deposit or payment. Cancelations made within 24 hours of the start of your outing are non-refundable (*with the exception of weather*) and the full balance of your outing will be charged to your credit card. If the location you're renting from deems the weather unfavorable for boating before the start of your outing, then they will try and reschedule your booking. If you cannot be rescheduled then you will be refunded. However, once you have left the dock and are on the water, there is no refund if it begins to rain.
***Trip Protection:*** If you choose to purchase Trip Protection you have the flexibility to cancel up to the time of your departure for any reason and receive a full refund.
