We know you’re so excited so without further ado… (insert drumroll!) Let’s go over some information and logistics about our super awesome company real quick.
The standard pick up location on Lake Travis is Hurst Harbor Marina - 16405 Clara Van Street, Austin, TX 78734. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early.
Your boat will include one of our [top rated captains](https://www.yelp.com/biz/float-on-lake-austin-boat-rentals-and-lake-travis-boat-rentals-austin), an empty cooler for you to fill with your favorite beverages and snacks, the epic Lily Pad, and all the safety equipment (because, well duh).
Now you might be wondering… how will we carry all the stuff we need?! Don’t worry we got you covered. We offer [add ons to cover everything you will need](https://rentalboataustin.com/add-ons/) for a fantastic experience.
- Let us get you a YETI cooler pre-filled with ice & water, so you don’t have to waste time stopping and getting melted ice on your lap in your Uber, remember it’s HOT here. ($50)
- Pre-scheduled round trip transportation. We’ve got a nice little hookup with Fetii. Their 15 passenger sprinter vans are basically an Uber for large groups! - Towels, Does your AirBnB even have enough for 12 people to shower with? Definitely not enough for the boat. Don’t get charged by your hotel by forgetting those towels you snuck out. ($10 each)

Since we love being helpful here is some additional information that could help:
- There are no bathrooms on the boat. The marina does have porta potties for our customers to use before and after the boat rental. Though we pride ourselves in keeping them nice, they're still porta potties. Prepare accordingly.
- Our captains use the card on file to close out the tab at the end of the rental without you having to bring it with you. If you'd like to provide a new card to keep on file just give us a call before your rental date!
- Our captains work hard to make sure your boat rental is unforgettable. We recommend 20% to thank them for an amazing experience!
