We know you’re so excited so without further ado… (insert drumroll!) Let’s go over some information and logistics about our super awesome company real quick.
You've booked a boat at Austin Country Club, a private community. You must be a member to hop on a Float On boat here. Don't hesitate to reply to this email or text us at 512-436-3505 with any questions.
Your boat will include one of our [top rated captains](https://www.yelp.com/biz/float-on-lake-austin-boat-rentals-and-lake-travis-boat-rentals-austin), an empty Yeti cooler for you to fill with your favorite beverages and snacks, the epic Lily Pad, and all the safety equipment (because, well duh).

Since we love being helpful here is some additional information that could help:
- There are no bathrooms on the boat.
- Our captains use the card on file to close out the tab at the end of the rental without you having to bring it with you. If you'd like to provide a new card to keep on file just give us a call before your rental date!
- Our captains work hard to make sure your boat rental is unforgettable. We recommend 20% gratuity to thank them for an amazing experience!
