Due to the new access rules to Benagil Cave, which allow only 1 or 2 boats to enter at a time, there may be a need to wait in line. Since the waiting time can vary, there is a possibility that if the wait is prolonged, there might not be enough time to visit the other 9 caves included in the itinerary. We appreciate your understanding!

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION:**
- Please arrive 20 minutes before.
- There is a parking lot very close to our meeting point, making access convenient. However, we still recommend arriving a little early to ensure you can find parking and start the tour without any inconvenience.
- Life jackets will automatically inflate in the event of an emergency. Customers intentionally inflating their life jackets in non-emergency situations will be subject to an additional charge of €50 each.
- Upon boarding and disembarking from the boat, it is possible to get your feet wet.
- According to the law in Portugal, it is expressly forbidden to disembark people inside any cave, ensuring the safety of everyone and the protection of the caves.
Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the activity in order to guarantee a full refund of the amount paid by the customer.
– If sea conditions are unsafe, the activity will be cancelled for safety reasons and a full refund of the amount paid by the customer will be issued.
